Returns & Refunds

We really hope that you will be completely happy with your cove purchase. Should you need to return an item for any reason this must be done within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Should you wish to return an item firstly email us with full details of your purchase and reason for return. We will then reply explaining how to return the item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return has been accepted.

If accepted, your refund will then be processed using the same payment details you provided at the time of purchase.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Please ensure you use adequate packaging to protect the item(s) you are returning. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office in case your return parcel doesn’t reach us.

If you are returning an item(s) which is worth over £50 please use a trackable shipping service or ensure you pay to insure the item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one item for another we ask that you firstly return the original item and then order the new item separately.

 

Damaged goods

We hope that every purchase will reach you in perfect condition but if something does arrive damaged please email us immediately  to let us know. Try to include as much information as you can in your email and ideally include pictures to show the damage to the item and/or the packaging. We will then be in touch to let you know how best to proceed. We will usually arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or, if this is not possible, a refund.
